• Application status tracking and updates
• Appeal and reapplication services

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all communications and documentation. Any false or misleading information may result in:

• Visa application rejection
• Legal consequences
• Termination of our services
• Forfeiture of fees paid

3.2 Document Provision

You are responsible for:

• Providing all required documents in the specified format and timeframe
• Ensuring document authenticity and validity
• Obtaining necessary translations and certifications
• Meeting all deadlines communicated by our team

3.3 Communication

You must:

• Respond promptly to our requests for information
• Maintain updated contact information
• Check email regularly for important updates
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure

Our service fees are:

• Quoted individually based on service complexity
• Separate from government fees and third-party costs
• Non-refundable once services commence
• Subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.2 Payment Terms

• Initial Payment: 50% of service fee upon engagement
• Balance Payment: Due before application submission
• Government Fees: Payable separately as required
• Additional Services: Charged as incurred

4.3 Late Payment

Late payments may result in:

• Service suspension
• Additional charges of 1.5% per month
• Legal action for debt recovery

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 No Guarantee of Approval

We provide professional assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval. Immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities based on their assessment of applications and current policies.

5.2 Processing Times

Processing times are estimates based on historical data and may vary due to:

• Government processing delays
• Policy changes
• Document requirements
• Seasonal fluctuations

5.3 Scope of Services

Our services are limited to:

• Immigration consultation and application assistance
• Document preparation and review
• Liaison with relevant authorities

We do not provide legal advice or representation in legal proceedings.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Non-Refundable Fees

Service fees are non-refundable once we begin work on your application, except in the following circumstances:

• Service cancellation within 48 hours of engagement
• Proven service failure on our part
• Mutual agreement to terminate services

6.2 Government Fees

Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8. Liability Limitations

10.1 Client Termination

You may terminate our services at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable except as specified in Section 6.

10.2 Company Termination

We may terminate our services if:

• You fail to pay fees when due
• You provide false or misleading information
• You fail to cooperate or provide required documents
• We determine we cannot ethically continue representation

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, forms, and documentation provided by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than your visa application.

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. We encourage resolution through mediation before litigation.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
